This traditional Seagrove style of pie plate was made by Ben Owen III and glazed in his grandfather's Orange Glaze. Measuring 2.5”h x 12.75”dia.

*Please Note: The Orange Glaze contains components that are note food safe. This pie plate is not for food, liquid or water use. Clean with soft cloth.
**NOTE STONE MARK in right rim of pie plate. On occasion, a piece of grog (crushed stone used for clay making) will catch the potter's finger and drag through the clay while turning on the wheel. Later, this drag line can separate during the kiln firing process.
This piece is hand-signed by Ben Owen III with year made (1988), and, is part of our "Pots From the Past" release. Truly a unique treasure!
