Some new results from our recent kiln firing of the "New Yellow" glaze. This Gourd Vase is a result of Ben’s studies of shapes and forms within the natural environment around him. With an organic, from-the-Earth feel, this Gourd Vase fuses tradition with modernity. The gourd design is a form that Ben’s grandfather made, as well. The curvature of the vase provides a lovely accent for the flowing nature of this yellow-to-orange glaze. Functional for live floral arrangements. Measuring 3.5”w x 6"h.
